UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If your package is unclaimed within a specified time frame at the post office, or several attempted deliveries have failed. Your package will be returned to us. Once this happens you have two options:
- Get your order re-shipped – You will need to pay for re-shipping of your order, and any fees associated with unclaimed packages such as return shipping cost to us.
- Request an order cancellation/refund – Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded, including original shipping charge. All final sale items will not be refunded, all eligible items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
