I bought a Big bang carts150 that arrived with a defective internal battery. After messaging vapesrunners, they emailed me a PDF for me to print out that was prepaid postage to return my item. I was offered a replacement for the same product or an even exchange for another item. I opted to have my Big bang carts150 replaced.
